Alternatively, these elements should be present in an early form and capable of further development. Complementary implementation and IT consulting services are also of interest.

The company is pursuing an active expansion strategy with a particular focus on the DACH region. It has an experienced management team and offers partners synergies across administration, controlling, HR and other overhead functions. Revenue synergies can also be realised through joint sales activities.
