In addition to the skills and experience of its employees, the BU offers a long-standing customer base in the upper mid-market and enterprise segments. Its workforce comprises processing staff, software developers, account managers and support personnel. The seller intends to focus more strongly on products and services in other HR segments and is offering the software solutions, customer base and employees of the Travel BU for acquisition through an asset deal.
